Booking Terms & Conditions

All bookings shall be subject to conditions and charges for any booking changes. In all cases where a person makes a booking for him/herself and/or on behalf of others, such person shall:

  • Be of 18 years of age;
  • Be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal details or any other information supplied in respect of him/herself and any other Member of their party on such booking;
  • Be responsible for notifying us prior to the time of booking by calling us of any personal circumstances pertaining to a person included in the booking including, without limitation, whether such person is not self reliant or is a person with reduced mobility.
  • Be responsible for passing on any information regarding the booking or any changes made in relation thereto, to all Members of their party on such booking.
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions on behalf of all Members of their party on such booking;


We are entitled to rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of the other Members of their party on such booking.

The Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and we reserve the right to change the booking terms and conditions on this site at any time.

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between us and any of your Party in relation to their subject matter.

All bookings are non-refundable.  Changes may, however, be made to your booking, subject to availability, as well as the conditions and charges stated.

Booking

A legally binding contract will be formed when we send you the booking confirmation by email, post or fax.

Contacting you

If you book via our website or have opted in other circumstances for us to contact you via e-mail, we will communicate with you using the e-mail address you have provided. For example, to provide your e-confirmation, e-cancellation, etc. We will assume that your e-mail address is correct and that you understand the risks associated with using this form of communication. Please note that you may still have to contact us by telephone or in writing as required in the Terms and Conditions.

Payment terms

We ask for your secure card details in order to guarantee your reservation. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 6 WEEKS before your holiday start date.  If you fail to make final payment or you cancel your reservation we reserve the right to charge your card for one night's accommodation.

We require details of your credit card, or €200 in cash, in lieu of breakages or deliberate damage to our property and/or surroundings.  If paid by cash this will be refunded at the end of your vacation, less any agreed deductions.

Any car hire booked through us, must be paid in full, 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

Advertised Rates

All rates quoted are subject to availability and inclusive of Tax unless otherwise stated. Rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion.

Insurance Cover

Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended.  You will be responsible for the safety of your own personal effects.  Unless such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of us as the Accommodation provider.

Complaints Procedure

Any issues or complaints must be made immediately to a qualified Member of Staff on the complex/holiday site.  All such complaints must be noted in the Company’s Complaints Book.  All efforts will be made to rectify such complaint to a mutually satisfactory standard.

A serious, or unresolved complaint must be made in writing within 21 days, to our Head Office, address details below, for the Attention of The Managing Director.

Cancellations

A fee equivalent to ONE NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION in ONE ROOM will be charged to your credit/debit card if you cancel your reservation on the due day of your final payment.  Deposits paid are non-transferable or non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. We recommend you take out suitable travel insurance if necessary.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Guest rooms are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival. We ask you to check out before 11am on the day of departure, although late check-out is available on selected offers & promotions.

By completing this Reservation Process, you the Customer, authorise us, the Accommodation Provider, to debit your submitted credit/debit card for the sum of any cancellation costs owed, as set out above.
