  • Two bedrooms, with twin single beds in each bedroom (sleeps 4 to 6), large mirrored wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers each bedroom.
  • With sofa bed in lounge.
  • One separate bathroom, with bath, shower, basin, bidet and wc.
  • Fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, sufficient crockery and utensils for 6 people.
  • Iron and ironing board.
  • Lounge/diner, with comfortable sofa and chairs, dining table and chairs, TV and DVD player, coffee tables.
  • Air-conditioning.
  • Maid service twice/week, linen changed once a week. Towels changed twice a week.

Notes on accommodation

Fitted with natural air-conditioning, for use all year round, cooling in summer, heating in winter periods. Suitable for children, with sanded play area. Lots of play equipment. Steps into pool at shallow end. All villas are wheelchair accessible. A maid service is available, twice per week, towels are changed twice per week, or as needed. Bedlinen changed weekly. A cot for the little ones is available on request.

Accessibility

All apartments are wheelchair accessible. However, arrangements will need to be made for use of shower facilities in main villa.

Outside

Set in 8000sq.m of grounds, set in tranquil surroundings amongst a variety of fruit trees. The complex is set well back from the access road. Secure fenced grounds with electric gate entrance, offering parking to the rear of the complex for several vehicles. Large oval heated swimming pool 14m x 8m, with lighting for night time swimming, for use by the four villas in the complex. Jacuzzi, cushioned sun loungers, three BBQs, tables and chairs, trampoline with safety net, children's sanded play area, newly fitted gym, pool table, floodlit tennis, football and basketball court. Snacks and drinks available all day. We can also cater for your party needs, for up to 50 guests. There are many private garden areas within the complex.

Coast/Beach

Approximately 3-5 kms from the nearest beaches of Albufeira, about a 5-10 minute drive, the nearest being Praia da Oura at the end of the 'Strip'. A large sandy beach, family friendly.

Golf

Albufeira and Amacao de Pera. Much use is made of water on this course, since it is virtually below sea level. Salgados is a link style golf course. Just one of the 20 plus courses within a 30 minute drive of the complex.

Travel

Nearest Airport, is Faro Airport, which is a 30 minute drive to the Complex. We can pick you up at the Airport and drop you off when it's time to go home. Alternatively we can arrange car hire at competitive rates, from either the airport or complex.

Notes on prices

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Up to 15% discount for medium and low season bookings. Discounts are also available for long term lets, available on application.

Booking notes

Deposit of 20% required when booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Credit card imprint (or 200 euros cash) for breakages.

Changeover day

Flexible changeover day. Check-in time is after 12.00 noon. Check-out time is before 11.00 a.m.
